At TentBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new apparel; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
